If you're anything like us then a lot of thought goes into the bedroom. It's your completely personal space that you can make whatever you would like. The color scheme doesn't have to blend with the rest of the house because this is your place, your retreat.

So if you're getting the redecorating itch, why not start with your bedroom? Personalize it and make it truly yours. You'll be so happy you did!  To kick off your bedroom redesign, here are some of our top color scheme pics.

Citrrus Hues Color SchemeBright and cheery sounds like an awfully nice vibe to have in the bedroom. Use the orange sparingly as an accent color and the blues will provide a soothing, calming backdrop.

Morning Tones Color SchemeNothing says "good morning" like your favorite cup of Joe. Bring the smooth, uplifting feeling into the bedroom with deep browns and smooth caramel.

Scooped Tones Color SchemeFun and flirty, the touch of pink is soft, sweet and romantic. Will your husband go for it?

Washed Teal Color SchemeTeal is a personal favorite of ours. Mixed with some burlap and white we think this is just perfect!

Puppy Tones Color SchemeFido may not sleep in the bed with you, but he does have some great colors to pull from. The browns and purples are a unique scheme that can easily be updated as the seasons change with brighter or darker shades of purple.

Street Tones Color SchemeAlways a classic- warm, rich colors are never out of style in the bedroom. There is something about their depth that makes us want to cozy up in bed!

How do you decorate the bedroom? Light and bright or rich and warm?

With spring knocking on the door it's high time you figured out what to hang on your front door and round the house. Wreaths are generally easy and inexpensive, so why not whip up a couple on these last few rainy days to stow away for sunny spring days!

Spring Inspired Wreaths

1. Paper Recycle- Breakout the scrapbook paper and craft yourself (and the neighbors!) a unique paper wreath.

2. Rustic and Natural- Burlap is everywhere, and now it's even part of your spring wreath.

3. Not Just for Knitting- Using yarn of various color and thickness you can create a spring masterpiece that is all your own.

4. Paint it Bright- Take the kids on a stroll through the woods to gather supplies for this beauty. Or just hit up the local craft store...

5. Butterfly Love- What says spring better than a swarm of butterflies. Go soft and natural or bright and funky..the sky is the limit!

Did you happen to see the gem we shared with you over at Itty Bitty Bella yesterday? If not (and shame on you!), you're in luck. We're sharing it with all of you today.

We have only 2 words for you: Design Seeds. Have you come across this website yet? It's the best place to go for color inspiration...and trust us, we love color!

Apple & Pear Color Scheme This color scheme is whimsical and bright with the reds and greens. They would be great accent colors!

While browsing through in the last couple of days, we came across color schemes that would be wonderful for the kitchen. They are all "edible" schemes...how appropriate!

Here are some of our favorites. What do you think?

Caffine Tones Color SchemeKeep it light and neutral

Morning Floats Color SchemeAdd a punch of color

Soft and Feminine. We would suggest to play up the gray and use the green/pink as accent colors.

Baked Hues Color SchemePop of turquoise and teal! Our favorite...

Morning Tones Color SchemeThe mustard and navy/charcoal are definitely trend colors right now. Would make a dramatic difference in a kitchen setting.

Mushroom Tints Color SchemeSoft and subdue, perfect for the beach or lake house.
