We treat our web orders and packaging with the same care as our in-store products. Your order will arrive to its destination in a new box, tailored to fit the item(s) ordered, along with our signature packing tape.
Need it by Christmas?
Any orders not placed by December 22nd at 8AM are not guaranteed to arrive by Dec. 24th. If you need your item to ship out today, please call our web office at 901-341-0360 or email us at email@example.com so that we can make arrangements to expedite your shipment.
In-stock orders usually ship in one business day, not including Sundays. FedEx does not pick up on weekends, so choosing FedEx on Friday or Saturday means that your order will ship out on Monday at the earliest.
- If Purchasing on December 15th - Last day to choose Free Shipping, USPS First Class, FedEx Home Delivery/Ground and guarantee by the 24th.
- If Purchasing on December 16th through 20th - Choose USPS Priority or FedEx 2-day to ensure package delivery by Dec. 24th.

When will my order ship?
DECEMBER ORDERS: If all of your items are in stock, your order will ship out in 1-2 business days. If one of more items on your order are not in stock, your complete order will ship when your remaining items arrive to us.

Please note that some items may be temporarily on order with the vendor. You will be alerted via email within 1 business day in this instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.
If your cart item is advertised as free shipping or your order total is over $99, you will have the option of selecting Free Shipping when checking out. Your order will be shipped via USPS. In-stock orders will usually take 4-5 business days to arrive to you. Please choose a paid delivery option if your order is time sensitive.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is a great cost-sensitive shipping method if your order is time sensitive. The time frame provided with this shipping method is provided to us directly from USPS and only reflects the amount of time it will take to arrive to you once your order is shipped.
FedEx Home Delivery
FedEx Home Delivery is our preferred delivery service due to quality and ease of handling claims. FedEx Home Delivery is a valued service, and they do deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays! Home Delivery will also deliver to commercial/business addresses. The 2-3 day time frame is an estimate based on previous Bella Vita shipments.
FedEx 2-Day and Overnight
Standard Overnight will arrive to you the following day. Priority Overnight will arrive to you by 10:30AM the following day guaranteed. Afternoon orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day to make it to you the following day. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or Saturday, it may not ship until Monday, unless you contact us (901-341-0360) to make special arrangements and agree to pay for a Saturday pickup/delivery fee ($15) that is charged to us by FedEx for this service. These fees are outside of our control.
Can I order my item online and pick it up in the store?
Online purchase are not eligible for in-store pick up. Our web office and shipping department operate at a different location than our store.
How can I track my order?
A web sales associate will keep you updated on your order via email, should your order require special attention. When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email that contains the tracking number for your package. You can also log in to your Bella Vita account and check for updates and tracking information there!
Can I ship the items in my order to more than one address?
If you're shipping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Do I have to sign for my package?
The only orders that require a signature upon delivery are orders over $300. Those order will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.
What does the gift wrapping look like?
Present your loved one with a gift carefully wrapped in chocolate tissue and a special Bella Vita printed gift box and a chocolate ribbon to top it off! Please note that the $4.95 gift wrapping charge is per box, and you may be subject to an additional charge, should you prefer your items be gift wrapped separately. Certain large sized items will not fit in our standard gift boxes but will be wrapped with a chocolate ribbon. Gift messages are complimentary and can be entered during the checkout process.
Can I ship my order outside the U.S.?
We offer several international shipping options during checkout! This shipping cost does not include the custom duties and import taxes and will require payment from you upon delivery. The duties and taxes are set by the destination country and vary widely by country. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Free Shipping on international shipments.
Please note that Bella Vita is not responsible for the costs of any refused or returned shipments. We will contact you for payment for shipping fees and any applicable duties and taxes.
International Shipping Methods
Please note that these times estimates are provided to us by the shipping carriers. International shipments are subject to delays due to customs clearances, which is not included in these time frames.

What if I want to ship to a PO Box?
We can ship to PO Boxes! Only USPS and FedEx Smart Post can accommodate this type of address, so please make sure to select a one of those shipping methods during checkout.
What if I have an APO or FPO military address?
No problem! These addresses will be treated as domestic US addresses, so you can select either USPS or FedEx Smart Post.
