If you selected USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or Free Shipping during checkout, it is possible you may not be seeing many updates on your USPS tracking information. Please note that USPS is unable to give us any more information than what we can already see on the tracking page.
During busy seasons, some packages aren't scanned at every stop but are still in transit. Rest assured, your package was picked up by the post office the day you received your tracking email (possibly the day after, if your order was packaged after our daily pickup time).
Additionally, there has been a drastic increase in online shopping and shipping this season due to the pandemic. On top of that, reduced air traffic means that USPS is using only trucks to deliver packages, and also, USPS. This may, unfortunately, cause some delays with certain packages.
Our best tip we can give is to sign up for text/email updates on USPS.com. You can find your USPS tracking link in your shipping email. We have noticed that sometimes it can help move things along! Plus, you will be notified the moment your package is scanned next.
If your package shows as delivered but you don’t have it, check with your family/neighbors/front desk/mailman to see if it may have been accidentally delivered to the wrong address or scanned incorrectly. And then give it a few days because it still might show up! Contact your local post office for additional help in tracing the package.
