If you live within 60 minutes of a store, and the majority of your guests are near and will likely be shopping at the store, then you are considered a “Local” bride and need to make an appointment.
If you are outside 60 minutes of either of our stores, and 100% of your guests are likely going to be shopping online, then you are considered a “Non-Local” bride and may set up your registry online.
*Although not required, we do encourage Non-Local brides to consider a virtual appointment, so that you can take advantage of the same perks as our Local brides.
You can
We block two hours of one-on-one time with you and your groom (plus a guest!) in our beautifully curated Bridal Shoppe. During this time, we get to know you, go over the whole registry process (perks, policies, and everything else!), and help curate a beautiful registry that speaks to your specific taste and personality.
*Only Local brides are required to make a bridal appointment in order to register. Although not required, we do encourage Non-Local brides to consider a virtual appointment, so that you can take advantage of the same perks as our Local brides.
One of the greatest advantages of registering at Bella Vita is our voluntary pre-order program. All of our Local brides have the choice to pre-order as many or as few items as they desire. While this is not required, there are many benefits! This perk ensures that we have your items on hand, in stock, when your friends and family arrive to shop. It also helps navigate current stock shortages and ensures that all handmade items are made at the same time for as much cohesiveness as possible. Most importantly, you will receive the items you love in real time to be able to start married life with a beautifully set table!

Absolutely! All registries are available online to shop. Local Brides will have their registry entered online after their initial appointment.
Purchases from your Bella Vita registry can be made online or in-store, making it easy to share your wedding wish list with friends and family near and far. Registries are updated online immediately after purchases are made so that brides can stay up-to-date in real time.
Bella Vita offers shipping and local delivery, so no matter if you’re a local-based bride or live out of town, your family and friends will have a great experience shopping for you and your groom.
For Local brides, we offer Local Delivery only. With 200+ brides at any given point in time, we unfortunately cannot offer local pickup for our brides anymore. Our brides can choose to have them delivered to their home, or even to a family member's home!If you are not local, your registry will be set up so that your guests select a shipping option to get your gifts to you.
Typically, all Local bridal gifts are delivered on Fridays. You will get a text notification on Thursday if you have gifts to be delivered. On Friday, you will receive a text from our delivery service letting you know the delivery time frame, and after a beautiful Bella Vita van drops off your gifts, you will get a text notification with a photo of the delivery on your doorstep.
If you are out of town or cannot receive gifts on a particular Friday, you can reply to the delivery text on Thursday and let us know you want your gifts held for another week. No problem at all!
How about every few minutes? Any purchase made in-store or online will be automatically updated in your online registry within minutes. We have a dedicated developer and dedicated web team in Memphis to ensure that our store and online apps are syncing on a daily basis.
Non-Local brides can create and manage their registry online.
For Local brides, we'll take care of that for you! We will create and update your registry for you, so we can give you the best service possible.
Regardless of your registry type, you'll have a dedicated Bridal Coordinator to call or text with ANY questions you have! No need to call the store and speak to different sales associates who may or may not be familiar with your registry.
We do many out-of-town bridal appointments via video phone call, so you do not need to be present at your appointment if you do not live near our locations and want to get help building your registry.
As soon as possible! There are many occasions and showers before your wedding, and registering early helps your guests find the perfect gift for you. If you are local and choose to partake in our optional Save the Plate Program, it also gives us enough time to get your pre-ordered items in stock from the vendors.
Celebrate your first anniversary with a lasting token of love. As a thank you for choosing Bella Vita for your registry, we've partnered with Yearly Co. to gift you a beautiful---a symbol of your enduring love. Wear it and cherish the memories of your special day, and may it be a reminder of the love that grows stronger with each passing year.
*Only Local brides are eligible. Allow 2-4 weeks after your completed closing appointment. Although not required, we do encourage Non-Local brides to consider a virtual appointment, so that you can take advantage of the same perks as our Local brides.
We keep track of every single gift that is purchased from your registry, and more importantly, who gifted it to you!
Local brides can ask for a registry log at any time they wish. Non-Local brides will be able to view their registry purchases online in their account.
Local Brides will receive a beautiful Merchandise Card that can be used at your return appointment to order the item, or exchange the value for a different item.
Non-Local Brides will receive a gift card for all out of stock registry purchases. Gift cards can be used online or in-store.
Local brides will have a “Closeout Appointment” within 30 days of their wedding date. This is where we will handle your exchanges and merchandise card, and you have the option to purchase any remaining items on your registry at 15% off if you choose. Purchasing the remaining items on your registry is not required if we did not special order items for your registry.
Non-Local brides may return for store credit(no refunds) within 30 days of the initial wedding date on the registry. If the wedding is delayed, your initial wedding date will be used for purchases before that date.
