The Deets:
- Hours are typically 9:30AM - 6PM
- Attend team meetings
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures
- Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build customer relationships
- Ensure the store is opened on time daily
- Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products
- Ensure daily sales goals are met
- Ensure that you understand and consistently follow store procedures and policies
- Check and respond to all customer emails and voicemails immediately
- Ensure that stock areas are clean and orderly
