Weekday Dolly

Our Weekday Dolly is a 9:30 to 3pm shift 3-5 days per week. The ideal candidate for this position is a real crowd pleaser. You love to smile, have the ability to wear many hats, go above and beyond to help others, super neat and organized, a big fan of home decor, fine arts, candles and all the things that make our customers’ lives happy and homey. 

Get yourself and your squad ready in the morning, drop them off at school, head on over to Bella Vita, work your magic, and then head out the door in time to pick up the kids and be back at home before you know it! The Deets:

• Weekdays 9:30AM - 3PM
• 3-5 days per week
• Attend team meetings
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build customer relationships
• Ensure the store is opened on time
• Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products
• Ensure daily sales shift goals are met
• Ensure that you understand and consistently follow store procedures and policies
• Check and respond to all customer emails and voicemails immediately
• Ensure that stock areas are clean and orderly
