Open Position - Sales Manager

“Hello, how may I help you?” should be words that sincerely roll from your tongue without even thinking about it. At Bella Vita, our sales associates are the face of our store and vital to our success. We're growing fast and need someone to manage our frontline sales folks.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Manager, must be out-going, hard-driving and determined person of action while on sales floor.
  • The main responsibility of this potion is to be a constant presence on the sales floor. You will have laser focus on managing sales operations and sales associates only. The sales floor and sales operations(not back office duties) will be what you focus on day-in and day-out.
  • Take accountability for all sales goals and development of sales associates.
  • Ensure sales team members are maintaining a "customers first" attitude and work to build customer relationships, go above and beyond for customers at all times
  • Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, train sales team
  • Lead by example
  • Must hate excuses and show accountability for your actions

Open Position - Inventory Processor

Every day we have fun, trendy and unique products arriving to our Trinity Rd location. You are the first one to lay eyes on our new products! You'll be responsible for processing shipments and special orders for customers quickly and efficiently. This is a very important position within our company because product cannot be advertised and sold until it's processed, labeled and transferred to the store location! You will also work closely with our Visuals Manager to ensure she has the right product for floor displays.

Open Position - eCommerce Coordinator

If all things marketing, web, business, or information systems light your fire, this could be the position for you! In this position, your focus is on bridging the gap between store and warehouse web fulfillment team, and ensuring team is providing customers with high-touch “White Glove” service that rivals any other web experience.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Your office is located at our Germantown store and you are the general web liaison helping to ease the communications between store and warehouse web team 
  • Pull all orders as they come in, update Shopify as they come in, manage all open orders until they are shipped by warehouse team.
  • Ensure customers who are waiting on special orders have a high level of communication
  • Be accountable for managing up to 300+ open orders during any given week. It's your job to ensure customers are getting updates on their orders, answers to their questions, and their products shipped in a timely manner
  • Chat/Phone First Line of Support
  • In-store pickup leader, prepare any local pickup orders immediately
  • Upsell/Cross-sell in certain situations, enter sales leads in our system, recover abandoned carts
  • Wow customers consistently and often with quick/exceptional customer service and anticipating and meeting customer needs
  • Large order and VIP customer “white glove” services.
  • Improve Customer Retention, monitor KPIs such as Average Order Value, Customer Repeat Rates, Conversion Rate, etc.
  • Innovate - come up with new and better ways of doing things

Open Position - Inventory Manager

We’re looking for someone experienced in inventory management and analytics to help Bella Vita stay ahead of the curve with our inventory! This position is located at our offices on Trinity Rd.

Typical duties include:
  • Communicate with entire team so that everyone knows what is being delivered, what is currently being processed and what is on the way to the store
  • Evaluate and improve existing inventory control procedures
  • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
  • Analyze reports for sales velocity and margins to ensure we are selling the right products at the right price
  • Ensure that top sellers are constantly stocked in the store, maintain re-order points for vendors
  • Ensure that inventory is quickly processed and sent to store
  • Oversee all POs, Claims and Special Orders for customers
  • Analyze invoices for cost savings, negotiate deals for large-volume orders
  • Maintain correct inventory counts year-round
  • Evaluate and improve existing inventory control procedures
  • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
  • Meet with weekly with Ownership, Marketing Coordinator and Visuals Manager to ensure inventory is available for displays and photoshoots

Open Position - Delivery Driver

Checking the front porch incessantly. Waiting for an email delivery confirmation. We all know the excitement and anticipation of waiting for a package to arrive. Want to help bring the beautiful life to customers’ homes? Be the bringer of cheer as a part-time delivery driver for Bella Vita. Light up customers’ faces when you make local web order deliveries Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Fridays deliver bridal registry orders to our lovely Bella Vita brides. There will also be sporadic errands to run when preparing for events or other special occasions, and some merchandise will need to be picked up from local vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Roughly 10 hours per week, typically 2-3 afternoons.
  • Preferred availability is Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
  • Excellent driving record is critical.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
