Open Position - Operations Assistant

This position reports directly to owners! We need a right-hand person to help us keep track of all of the day-to-day administrative work across all areas of the business.

  • Assist ownership with administrative duties to allow them to focus on more strategic tasks and focus on growing the business
  • Assist with, and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed by the sales team.
  • Manage flow of inventory from suppliers, to our warehouse and ultimately to our store
  • Manage high value special orders for customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee claims process
  • Create and maintain schedules, approve time adjustments, etc
  • Document all policies and procedures, communicate them
  • Help interview, onboard and train new hires on sales systems and other processes
  • Help ownership follow up with team members on assigned tasks, projects and deadlines

Open Position - Sales Leader

“Hello, how may I help you?” should be words that roll from your tongue without even thinking about it. At Bella Vita, our sales associates are the face of our store and vital to our success. Frontline folks whose smiling faces make the difference between a sale and a fail. So if you smile in your sleep, love assisting others, ooohhh and aaaahhh over home décor, fine arts, candles, sweet smelling lotions—the beautiful accessories that make our customers’ lives more comfortable and happy—then you’re the person for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a "customers first" attitude and work to build customer relationships, go above and beyond for customers at all times
  • Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of all products
  • As a Sales Leader, must be out-going, hard-driving and determined person of action while on sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales and retail experience preferred, but not required to apply
  • Must want to be a part of a growing small business, not just another JOB
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customers needs and offer appropriate products and/or solutions
  • Must have enthusiasm, smile often, and play well with others
  • Must have an outgoing personality and be able to strike up conversations with everyone that walks through the front door

  • Must be able to work during our busy season of November and December
  • Must hate excuses and show accountability for your actions

Open Position - Inventory Assistant

This position reports directly to ownership and our Inventory Manager! Every day we have fun, trendy and unique products arriving to our Trinity Rd location. You are the first one to lay eyes on our new products! You'll be responsible for processing shipments and special orders for customers quickly and efficiently. This is a very important position within our company because product cannot be advertised and sold until it's processed and taken to the store location! You will also work closely with our Visuals Manager to ensure she has the right product for floor displays.

Open Position - Bookkeeper

Have you ever been called a Bean Counter, Ledger Lover, Counting Consultant, Accountaholic or a Dealer-in-Debits-and-Credits? Are you the most detailed person you know? Keep reading sister….

In this position, you'll be key in helping us to take care of all accounting/bookkeeping duties as quickly and efficiently as possible, as well as report to ownership on a monthly basis with reports and any other data needed to make sound business decisions.
